On a sunny but cool Monday afternoon The Royal School Armagh were the visitors to Carolan Road to play Wellington College in a McDowell Plate fixture.
Wellington came up against a well drilled and totally ruthless Armagh side, who set about their task with relish.
Abi Ross opened the scoring on 2 minutes followed by an Emma Sloan hat trick on 4, 7 and 8 minutes for 4-0. Ruby O’Neill, 10 minutes, and Faith Jackson, 12 minutes, completed a 1st quarter 6-0 blitz.
Wellington steadied the ship in the 2nd . . .
