I used the All Ireland League 2B match between Instonians and Dungannon as a training match for one of our new photographers on Saturday afternoon. I was there to help cove the first half and he was left on his own for the second half.
It was a tight opening first 25 minutes as Dungannon worked their line out maul well. However the Instonians defence was on top form and as the half progressed the home team started to find more space.
The breakthrough came just past the 25 minute mark with a line out maul driven over from 5 yards out for Oli Clarke to claim the opening score. Richie McMaster added the extras and Inst lead 7 – 0.
