Instonians are competing in AIL2B in the 2023-24 season after progressing through AIL 2C with a 100% win record.
The 2nd XV also had a successful league season and the 3rd XV picked up the Forster Plate. The U14 XV progressed to the final of the U14 Bowl after big wins against Letterkenny and Malone.
