4XI Cup: Strathearn 4XI 1 Royal School Armagh 0 Final

We caught up with the 4th XI Cup Final between Strathearn and Royal School Armagh on Wednesday afternoon at Stormont.

This was an eagerly anticipated match as the two titans of the 4XI game went head to head in an entertaining tussle.

Strathearn caught everyone on the hop with an early goal from Nina Kerr which saw them take a 1 – 0 lead into Q2.

Armagh applied a lot of pressure in the second quarter which became a contest between Armagh forward Nicole Simmons and Strathearn keeper Ellie Ishizaki, Ishizaki’s performance seeing her pick up our Game Changer trophy.
