When we scheduled this match during the week we were hoping that the young Larne Grammar side would get a few more opportunities than they did during their last meeting in the Schools Cup pool stages.
While the home side battled hard, with good performances from Cian Ferguson, Sam Jackson, Thomas Patton and Jonny Dallas, they were overwhelmed by Banbridge with Andrew Jackson at out half pulling the strings.

Jonny McCrum opened the try scoring for the visitors after 6 minutes and further tries followed from Callum Little, Ryan Matthews, Daniel Hutchinson and Conor Magee. Jackson converted four to give Banbridge a 0 – 33 lead that the break.
