Premiership Women: Queen’s University 19 Co Cavan 10

Queen’s University welcomed Co Cavan to The Dub for a top of the table clash in the Ulster Women’s Premiership on Sunday 2nd January. Cavan topped the league, going into the game, on 22 points with Queen’s trailing by 3 points on 19.

Queen’s started strongly, looking to get the second half of the season off to a winning start and a break down the right saw winger Lydia Montgomery cross for an unconverted try after 6 minutes.
