GOLDSBOROUGH TROPHY: 2023 U21 CLUB RUGBY COMPETITION

We caught up with Ireland’s oldest U21 tournament for the second successive year as Instonians hosted the Goldsborough Trophy at Shaw’s Bridge on Easter Monday.

There was a bit of rejigging required due to the late withdrawal of Ballymena U21 which left the competition with a pool of three and a pool of four sides.

Pool A teams played 2 games each the time extended to 18 minutes each way and Pool B played three 12 minutes each way games.
