We caught up with the Junior Plate Final between Dromore 5XI and, our home town club, Larne 4XI at a sunny Stormont on Saturday afternoon.

Larne edged the first quarter in terms of possession but they wern’t able to make it cound and the teams went into Q2 with the game still looking it’s first goal.

Dromore had a strong second quarter and they opened the scoring with a goal from captain Joanne Cartmill.

Larne hit back before the break with Dianne Henry netting to take the score to 1 – 1 . . .
