Stevenson Cup: Portadown College 2 Rainey Endowed 1 Semi Final

Havelock Park, Banbridge was the venue for the quadruple header of Stevenson Bowl and Stevenson Cup Semi Finals.

The final game was Portadown College against Rainey Endowed in the Stevenson Cup.

Portadown hit the ground running from push back. They raced into a 2-0 1st quarter lead.

Lucy Megan, right, opened the scoring for Portadown

Lucy Megaw was on hand to slot home after only 4 minutes, when she hit home a rebound from the keeper.

Emily Adamson added Portadown’s 2nd goal

Emily Adamson struck after 10 minutes, her powerful shot hitting the roof of the net.

Defences were on top in the 2nd quarter leaving the halftime score . . .
