The second Burney Cup semi final at Stormont Pavilion on Wednesday afternoon featured Banbridge Academy and Sullivan Upper.
The match was played under a steady drizzle but it didn’t seem to dampen Banbridge’s spirits as they took control of the game with a successful penalty corner from Adam McKee on the fifth minute.
The on form Banbridge side doubled their lead four minutes later with a field goal from Josh Baird who’s clinical shot evaded the formidable presence of Sullivan keeper, and captain, Jack Duncan.
