The Ophir 7s men’s competition featured teams from Academy, Ballymena, Holywood, Ophir, Randalstown and Ulster University Coleraine.

A young Academy side struggled to contain a rampant Holywood in the Pitch 3 Semi Final

After a series of round robin matches the top four sides met in semi finals with Holywood playing Academy on Pitch 3 and Randalstown facing Ulster University Coleraine on Pitch 1.
