On Sunday a Woman’s Development game was held at Shawsbridge. Coaches were able to view players, from teams across the Province, as they played ‘Blues v Blacks’ over 80 minutes.
The Blacks settled quickly and took the lead with tries by Grainne McCann, 15 mins, and Abby Sheridan, 21 minutes.
The Blues worked their way back into the game, when Eimear Campbell burrowed her way over after 30 mins. Melissa Traynor converted to leave to halftime score 10-7 to the Blacks.
