Dalriada School welcomed Larne Grammar to Ballymoney on Thursday afternoon for a rearranged Medallion Plate Quarter Final match, with the winner to go through to a semi final clash at Rainey Endowed on 26th February.

Both teams had shown good form to date and the expectation was that this was going to be a tight game and so it proved as the sides battled out a scoreless, but entertaining, first half.

Larne started the second half strongly and a break through midfield by Ethan Anderson was stopped short of the line for a quick recycle and fast hands by Jonny Dallas send the hard working Daniel Halliday over in the corner for the opening score.
