Shawsbridge was the venue for Tuesday afternoon’s Medallion Trophy Tie between Our Lady and St Pats and Omagh Academy.
A light drizzle and a greasy ball meant that ball handling was at a premium.
Both sides sounded each other out in the opening exchanges but it was Our Lady and St Pats, who took the lead after 11 minutes, when scrum half and captain Thomas McCusker, found space on the right and squeezed in at the corner.
Play was even for the rest of the half, with both teams creating opportunities, but were unable to capitalise on them. Our Lady lead 5-0 at the break.
