Women AIL: Cooke 5 UL Bohemians 34.

We are currently carrying out a necessary behind-the-scenes upgrade to how images are stored and delivered on The Front Row Union Sports. With over 770,000 images on the site, we are moving our entire image library to a dedicated cloud storage service. This means images will load faster for you, regardless of where you are in the world, and the site will be more reliable overall.

As we are working on three separate versions of images during the offload process, the site cache sometimes struggles to keep up with which version to display and occasionally post grid images or complete galleries may fail to appear. This is a temporary side effect of the migration process — the image exists and is safe, it is simply in the process of being moved to its new home and identified as being there. A refresh of the page will usually bring them back, however, if it does not please contact john@thefrontrowunion.com stating clearly the post address and we will restore it as soon as possible. We apologise for any inconvenience this causes and appreciate your patience.

We expect the bulk of the image migration to be completed by the end of June 2026, with a fully upgraded version of the site ready to launch in August 2026. Once that work is done, the site will be noticeably faster, images will load more reliably, and you will not see any further disruption of this kind. Thank you for your continued support of The Front Row Union Sports.

A young Cooke side came up against a strong Bohemian’s on Sunday afternoon at Shaw’s Bridge with the visitors running away with the game in the second half to win 5 – 34.

The Belfast side started the match well,  keeping the Limerick team pinned in their own half for long periods of the opening quarter. Unfortunately, for Cooke, they failed to spot a few overlaps and their failure to convert their chances cost them when the visitors broke from deep through winger who sprinted clear to finish under the posts. added the extras.

Bohs went further ahead when drove over in the corner but the home side rallied, and after a period of sustained pressure in the Bohemians 22, Cooke finally broke through with spotting a gap just before the break. The try went unconverted bringing the half time score to Cooke 5 Bohemians 12.

Boh’s wheeled out at half time and the experienced international certainly made her presence felt with a try just after the restart and with the veteran in fine form Bohemians began to get on top at the breakdown  keeping Cooke pinned in their own half.

Cooke didn’t help themselves by kicking away possession, when previously they had made ground with the ball in hand, and the visitors made them pay with tries from Oliva Stapleton and taking the game beyond the Belfast side.

However it was Neville who was to have the final say with her second try in the closing minutes. Cody converted taking the final score to Cooke 5 UL Bohemians 34.
