It’s quite the season at Instonians RFC with the 1st and 2nd XV’s running riot in their respective leagues. With both teams at home this weekend and the 2nds kicking off at 1:00pm we took the opportunity to catch both games.
Bangor 2nd’s were Instonian 2nd’s opponents this weeknd in the Provincial Premiership D2 match and they were up against it from the start as the impressive Instonian’s pack kept them pinned in their own 22 until scum half Marco Manso nipped over for the opening try after nine minutes.
