PREDICTIONS – CUP QUARTERFINALS
As a former Belfast Instonian you would think that I already have enough reasons to dislike Methody; but, after beating Campbell in the previous round, they cost me a clean sweep in my Round 4 predictions. Anyway, pressing on to the quarterfinals, all four games hold some mouth-watering prospects:
Bangor GS v RS Armagh
This was the first fixture played by either side this season, Armagh walking away with a slender 12-5 victory at their home venue. Both teams had an up-and-down start to the season but have since settled into a nice run of form: each side has won four out of their last six with their two losses coming against strong rivals. I reckon that Armagh will only just clinch this one, but, if it does happen, expect the crowd at the Ballymacormick venue to send their boys out with a . . .
