CI enjoyed a strong first half with tries from AN Other, Ewan Nelson and James Kelly, two converted by Paddy Beverland, to take a 19 – 0 lead.
Ballyclare replied late in the half with a try and conversion from Rhys Cobain to take the score to 7 – 19 at half time . . .
