Our final match on Saturday was the Junior 4 Derby match between Mossley 3XI and Owls 2XI at Jordanstown Sports Village late Saturday afternoon.
I arrived at this one towards the end of the first quarter and left at the end of the third quarter but I still caught plenty of action between two evenly matched sides.
The match was scoreless when I arrived and the defences continued to dominate while I was there.
Both teams had periods of ascendancy but neither side seemed fully committed to getting players forwards in numbers whenever chances came their way.
