We caught up with Belfast Harlequins and Omagh Accies at Deramore Park on Saturday afternoon for our first video match coverage!

Quins were first on the score board with new signing Tane Manaia Felix-Hotham running in a try after 10 minutes. However, the rest of the half belonged to Omagh as Matthew Eccles, Taine Lagan, and Mark Hopton-Brown all crossed in the first half. Scott Elliott converted all there to give Omagh a 7 – 21 lead at half time.

Quins’ Andrew Quigley pulled it back to 12 – 21 at the start of the second half before Elliott crossed for a try he converted himself to extend Omagh ‘s lead to 12 – 28

In an entertaining game Adam Bennett hit back for Quins before Elliott picked up his second try and fifth conversion for Omagh to rattle the score along to 17 – 33 in Omagh’s favour.

The home side finished strongly with tries from Felix-Hotham and Mark Glover either side of a late penalty fro Omagh’s Elliott. Glover’s try was converted for a final score of Belfast Harlequins 29 Omagh Academicals 36.
