U16 Provincial Cup: Bangor 7 Virginia 31 Final

On Saturday, in game two of a triple header of Youth Finals Bangor played Virginia in the U16 Provincial Cup. A strong swirling wind, coupled with strong sun, hail and rain made for challenging conditions.

Playing into the wind, Virginia took the game to Bangor.

After a series of strong drives, James Lennon crashed over for the opening score, after 9 minutes to put Virginia 5-0 up.

The game steadied with both teams creating chances.

Eoghan Keogan scores under the posts for Virginia

On 31 minutes Eoghan Keogan powered over, under the posts. Milo Stafford converted to put Virginia out to 12-0.
