Plenty of exercise on Saturday as I nipped down from the hockey to catch the second half of the Forster Plate match between Ophir and CIYMS II at Jordanstown Sports Village on Saturday afternoon.
The score was Ophir 7 CIYMS 17 at the end of the first half with the CI tries coming from Alan Megarry, Jamie Marks, Scott Morrow.
The visitors were playing up the hill and against the breeze and Ophir kept CI pinned in their own territory for much of the second half. However, when CI did break out they invariably came away with points.
