Premier Women: Queen’s University 7 Malone 32

We caught up with the Top Four Clash in the Women’s Premiership, on Sunday afternoon at the Dub, both teams going into the game with three bonus point wins from three games.

I was expecting this to be a close and exciting match but Malone took control early in a disappointing error ridden game as both teams struggled for continuity.

The visitors got up and running on the 13th minute with a try from Anna Stafford after a period of pressure in the Queen’s half.

A try from Jill Stevens followed five minutes later to take the score to 0 – 10 in Malone’s favour . . .
