We sent The Front Row Union Academy girls along to the Carrick 7s on Sunday for the Women’s competition for the Lynda Warring Memorial Cup.

There were eight teams competing in two pools of four.

Pool A

Cookie Monsters

Queen’s University

Lisburn

Carrick

POOL B

Banbridge

Ballynahinch

Belfast Harlequins

Novocastrians

The teams in each Pool played each other over six rounds with the top side from each Pool meeting in the Lynda Warring Memorial Cup final. The second, third and fourth placed sides from each Pool met in the Plate, Bowl and Spoon finals respectively.

The results of the final round were as follows.
