Second match at Banbridge was the McCambley Cup Final, contested between Inishowen and Ballynahinch 5th’s.
Report and pictures by Cyril Boyd.
In a fairly one sided first half it was Hinch who had most of the play with both forwards and backs getting well involved. The opening points came from a penalty with Hinch’s Phil Armstrong slotting home.
It was no surprise when Ballynahinch’s No 11, Ewan Keers added to the total with a try in the corner shortly after, taking the score to 0 – 8 in Hinch’s favour.
