We caught up with the 2022 John Waring Cup competition at Lisnagarvey Hockey Club throughout Wednesday.

The competition featured six teams from across Ireland who all payed in a round robin league format. This led to 15 games with each game lasting 20 minutes.

Banbridge Academy (Ulster), Bangor Grammar (Ulster), Bandon Grammar (Munster)Newtown School (Munster), St Andrews College (Leinster), Wesley College (Leinster)

We caught up with the competition at midday with three rounds already completed though we did catch all the teams in the remaining nine games . . .
