On Saturday Afternoon, Instonians II met Grosvenor in a Belfast derby Towns Cup tie at Shawsbridge.
Instonians started on the front foot with a 4th minute Darcy Donnelly try converted by Andy Keane.
When Ben Coard intercepted on 15 minutes, to score under the posts with a try converted by Cameron Knell the teams were level at 7-7.
Jamie Beattie’s try converted by Andy Keane and a brace of Darcy Donnelly ties on 34 and 40 minutes, and a further Andy Keene conversion gave Instonians a healthy 26-7 halftime lead.
