It was a short walk from the sand pitch to the water pitch at Stormont for my second match on Thursday afternoon.
The score was 0 – 0 in the U18 High School Cup match between Kilkeel High and Cookstown High when I joined the game towards the end of the first half.
It looked a lively game between two determined sides but there was no score before half time when the teams changed ends.
Both teams created chances at the start of Q3. Cookstown built up a sustained period of pressure and were awarded a couple of penalty corners but were unable to convert.
