On Saturday Bandon, from Co Cork made the long trip up to Belfast to play Queens in an All Ireland Division 2 Pool A fixture, at The Dub.

Queens were the more assured from pushback and took the lead in the 7th minute when Phil Campbell slotted the ball home from a narrow angle for a 1-0 1at quarter lead.

Bandon equalised on 19 minutes, with a Fionn O’Leary strike, only for Queens to retake the lead 2 minutes later, when Adam Reddick scored.

Scott McCabe added Queens 3rd goal . . .
