It was an early start for Armagh 2nd XI and Bangor 3rd XI as they got Ulster Hockey Finals day at The Dub up and running with the Minor Cup Final.
Armagh settled quickly and they got a goal after four minutes with the impressive Benita von Loebbecke finding the net off an early penalty corner.

The Orchard County side enjoyed the lions share of possession in the first quarter but Bangor were able to find some relief breaking down the left and they forced a late penalty corner which was converted by Hannah Dadley-Young, with the final touch of the quarter to take the score to 1 – 1.
