On Saturday afternoon Galwegians made the trip up to Deramore Park, to play Belfast Harlequins in an AIL2B game.
A strong wind blew diagonally across the pitch, causing problems in fielding high balls.
Quins went in front on 4 minutes, when Paul Kerr, converted a penalty goal and increased their lead, though a try by Joel Dundas, converted by Kerr, to lead 10-0 on 15 minutes.

Galwegians chipped away at the lead when Morgan Codyrne converted a penalty goal to reduce the lead to 10-3.
8 minutes later Ross Bingham’s unconverted try moved Quins out to a 15-3 halftime lead.
