Two of our club member sides enjoyed at “return to rugby” hit out yesterday morning as Instonians U14 entertained Malone U14 at Shaws Bridge.

Instonians U14 met Malone U14 yesterday lunchtime, for a 3 x 20 minute ‘hit out’ at Shaw’s Bridge.
Both teams were happy to get some competitive rugby after the long lay off and with neither side playing a kicking game both teams attempted to run the ball out of defense, exploiting gaps.
In a fast paced, entertaining game, it was Instonians that shook of the cobwebs quickest with a big win but the scoreline did not reflect the efforts of a very hard working . . .
