Afoa gets four week ban

by

,

Ulster Rugby have confirmed that John Afoa has received a four week ban following a tackle on Munster’s Felix Jones during Sunday’s Heineken Cup quarter final victory.

This effectively rules Afoa out of the regular season, missing the games against Connacht, Leinster and Munster, he will not be available for Ulster’s Heineken Cup semi final against Edinburgh.

Afoa is free to play after 7th May, so hopefully we will see him in action in the PRO12 playoffs and the Heineken Cup Final . . .
