On a sunny Friday afternoon, Belfast Royal Academy faced Coleraine Grammar in the Subsidiary Shield Final at Ravenhill.
BRA were first on the scoreboard through a Connor McVicker penalty goal, following a high tackle for 3-0 after 9 minutes.

After a period when the packs slogged it out, Cody Moffat scored at the back of a driving maul to put Coleraine ahead 5-3 on 19 minutes.

It didn’t take long for BRA to reply, Jayden Irwin driving over 2 minutes later to change the lead to 8-5 after 21 minutes.
