Representative Friendly: Ulster U16 Girls 0 UK Lions 3

The UK Lions and Ulster U16 Girls sides swapped out some players for their final hit out in the eight match series held at Lisnagarvey Hockey Club over three days.

Having lost the earlier Sunday game rather heavily Ulster now trailed the Lions 4 – 2 in the series with one match drawn.

Poppy Stace, far right, opened the scoring for the Lions in the first quarter.

Unfortunately for Ulster it was a second case of not being able to finish of their chances with the Lions recording a 0 – 3 win in what was largely a close game.

Rylie Jakins increased the Lions lead to 2 – 0 in the final quarter
