U14 High School Cup: Kilkeel High 5 Newtownhamilton High 4 AR Final

I caught up with the Ulster Hockey U14 High School Cup Final between Kilkeel High and Newtownhamilton High on a damp Thursday afternoon at Stormont Pavilion.

I had to cover concurrent matches on Thursday afternoon so I was only able to cover the first half of this one.

Kilkeel started the game strongly and forced a couple of penalty corners early on. Their second attempt was converted by Rebecca Purdy on the fourth minute to give Kilkeel a 1 – 0 lead.
