On Saturday afternoon Holywood and Civil Service met in a Championship 3 league fixture at Kerr Park.
With sunny spring weather for a change, both teams produced some fine attacking play, The early deadlock was broken when Service’s Apemeliki Loto intercepted a pass and ran in from the halfway like for a great opening score, Jake Curran adding the conversion for 7-0.
Holywood were straight back on the attack and soon were level as Jordy De Pledge crashed over for a try and the added his own conversion to tie the scores at 7-7.
