Carrickfergus were the visitors to Roughfort on Saturday to face near neighbours, Academy in a Championship 2 league fixture.

With both teams safe in their league positions there was only pride to play for in the final league game of the season.

The brilliant sunshine brought out the best in the two teams with Academy having the best of the first half with a try from Scott Baxter converted by Michael Wilson and three penalty goals by Michael Wilson and Josh McKee to give the home side a 16-0 lead at half time.
