We caught up with the Schools Cup Quarter Final between Sullivan Upper and Ballymena Academy at Belfast Road on Saturday morning.

Ballymena got off to a good start as an early penalty from James McMillan, quickly followed by a try from William Wylie gave the visitors an 8 – 0 lead after 8 minutes.

In a closely fought game, Sullivan pulled the score back to 7 – 8 after 25 minutes when Lucas McKeown went over for a try, converted by Henry Calvert.

However, Ballymena pushed the score out to 7 – 15 at half time as Harry Larmont crashed . . .
