We caught up with the Gibson up match between The Royal School Armagh and Larne Grammar 3XIs at a cold but sunny College Hill on Tuesday afternoon.

It was a lively first quarter as Armagh pushed forward at every opportunity. Larne’s keeper, Mia O’Flaherty, had an outstanding first quarter to keep the game scoreless as we went into Q2.

Armagh’s “Game Changer” Nicole Simmons found her range in the second quarter notching up four goals to give Armagh a 4 – 0 lead at half time.
