On a wet Friday evening Mossely faced Banbridge in an Anderson Cup Quarter Final Tie at The Glade.
The gulf between EYHL hockey & Premier league hockey was evident during this Cup clash at Mossley. Banbridge were all action in the first two quarters with both Johnny McKee & Matthew McKee helping themselves to a brace of goals each.
Only stout defending by Mossley, especially goalkeeper Bradley Coburn, kept the score down. At half time the Banbridge led by 4 -0.
