We caught up with the Christmas Cracker at Belmont on Saturday afternoon as CIYMS and Bangor slugged it out, try for try, in the Championship 1 clash.
CI opened the scoring after 6 minutes with a try from James Gilliland, converted by Jack Bonner, for a 7 – 0 lead.
Bangor replied five minutes later with a Paddy Dobie try, converted by Rhys Larmour to take the score to 7 – 7.
Bangor went into the lead with tries from Aaron Corbett and Larmour and with Larmour converting both the scoreboard attled along to 7 – 21 in Bangors favour.
