On Saturday Morning Royal Belfast Academical Institution hosted Rainey Endowed in a Schools Friendly at Osborne.

Inst showed several changes from the side fielded last week.

Ross Dillon had a brace of tries for Inst

Inst took control early on, driving a lineout maul over the Rainey line for Ross Dillon to claim the try, at its base, to put Inst 5 – 0 up after 2 minutes.

Though Inst dominated the following minutes they were let down by a lack of continuity and ball handling. 

Again, from a lineout maul Ross Dillon was at the base to touch down for his 2nd try, after 21 minutes. Jonah Power’s conversion had Inst out to 12-0.
