We caught up with the Schools Cup Group C match between Bangor Academy and Portadown College on Saturday morning at Bangor.
Bangor started brightly and forced the visitors to defend on their try line early on but it was Portadown who put the first points on the board with Sammy Walsh breaking through the middle to score, Charlie Rogers adding the conversion for a 0 – 7 lead.

The visitors were strong in this period, running in another two tries with Andrew Galloway going in at the corner and Walsh adding another, Rogers converting both to take the score to 0 – 21.
