U14 Stevenson Cup: Larne Grammar 1 Royal School Armagh 1

We caught up with the U14 Stevenson Cup group match between Larne Grammar and Royal School Armagh on thursday afternoon in Larne.

Both teams were looking for a win for any chance of progressing through the group stages and the home team were quick out of the blocks keeping the Royal School Armagh pinned in their own half for most of the first quarter.

The teams battled out a scoreless first half.

Unfortunately, for Larne they were unable to break down the Armagh defence and despite a few goal mouth skirmishes the game was still scoreless as we went into the half time break.

Tiffany Simmons opened the scoring for Armagh.

Armagh came out for the second half . . .
