We caught up with the Schools Cup Group A match between Ballyclare High and Omagh Academy at Ballyclare on Saturday morning.

In an entertaining game, the visitors were quickly off the mark when winger, Lewis McIvor ran in at the corner after 3 minutes to give Omagh a 0 – 5 lead.

Ballyclare were quickly back in the game, scoring three unconverted tries in the space of 11 minutes. First, Josh McColgan crossed for a brace before Jude Semple ran in from the wing which took the score to 15 – 5.
