We were treated to a second thriller at Portadown RFC on Friday as Ulster Clubs U17 Boys took on their counterparts from Leinster North which followed on from the U16 match.
This one took a bit longer to get the scoreboard ticking over but, once again it was the Leinster side that had the best of the first half.

Leinster’s Michael Cahalane opened the scoring after 15 minutes with an unconverted try in the corner. He was followed five minute later with a try and conversion by Leon Regan which pushed Leinster’s lead out to 0 – 12.
