The Eagle Impact Rugby Academy were once again the visitors to Newforge Sports Complex for a double header of games on Sunday. In the second game Ulster Clubs U18 provided the opposition for EIRA U18s.

Ulster settled fast running good lines and moved to a 14-0 lead, through tries by Josh McColgan, 3 minutes, and Joel Irwin, 8 minutes. Both were converted by Jonnie Kennedy.

Lucas Swanson burrowed over for EIRA’s first try

EIRA won territory and possession. After several pick and goes from a penalty Lucas Swanson burrowed over for a converted try on 13 minutes to bring the score back to 7-14.

Alfie Clarke scored Ulster’s third try
