While in Glasgow we also caught up with the U18 Girls’ EuroHockey Championship II 3rd Place play off between Austria and Czechia ahead of the main event.
The battle for the bronze was a very close game as the teams battled it out over the first three quarters without a goal, despite both teams creating chances.
The game sparked to life in the final quarter with Czechia leading the way with a strike from Eliska Jindrakova for a 0 – 1 lead.
