We caught up with the Senior Men and Women’s Competitions in the Antrim Sixes tournament at Antrim forum on Thursday evening. Both competitions provided major upsets in the finals.
Senior Men
The Senior Men’s competition featured Antrim, Instonians Harlequins and Queens.
Instonians cruised through the round robin series with three wins from three and they were joined in the finals by Queens who won two of their three games.
In an exciting final Instonians took an early lead but a late equaliser from the students tied the game 1 – 1 at full time.
